Two sketches done for drawing II class, inspired by the song "January Hymn" by the Decemberists. Going to be making plexiglass etchings out of these, should be interesting.
thanks! :D i like how the sketches came out, but i don't know about the etchings. it's too much like scratchboard to be enjoyable, lol. (...its my favorite track too, haha.)
ugh scratch board, I was not a fan. Though people seemed to enjoy my zombie Barack Obama :p And as for as the Plexiglas etching is concerned I have no experience with that at all so I can offer no words of encouragement haha
LOL i LOVED zombie Obama! yeah...Plexiglass etching is just like scratch board, except about 10x worse because instead of scratching off ink you're scratching off plastic, which takes considerable more time and effort. so all together it is a painstaking experience. -___- not fun.
man these are awesome :D and, probably my favorite track off of the album.
